Questions answered about Investing in Residential Property

investing in residential property

Do you know how to get your questions answered about investing in residential property? Read on …

We have a question from a listener to my radio segment on 4HI Emerald this week. He is someone who has been listening to my weekly Q&A’s plus my advertising and wants to know why I keep stating “google Steve Taylor” at the end of my radio segment?

This is quite a coincidence as I had a young mining engineer become a new client last week. You would think that as an engineer he is trained to do due diligence and would ask every question about investing in residential property under the sun however it was one of the quickest interviews I have ever completed.

He said that before he came to see me, he googled ‘Steve Taylor’ which took him straight to my website and he then went through all the Q&A’s and blog posts. He said he had prepared a list of questions for me but by the time he had gone through the website most were answered and he had few new questions. This is how to get all your questions answered about investing in residential property … Google ‘Steve Taylor’!

Maybe I should write a book on investing and philosophy, for example, the advantage of always telling the truth. My daughter has been encouraging me to do for many years. But seriously, I have a business Facebook page and usually post a blog or two every week on my website with most based on questions asked by listeners to my radio segment.

If you are interested in a cost-free, no obligation consultation about investing in residential property, contact my office manager. Estelle will take down basic details, make an appointment and ask you to bring along a list of every question you can think of. I always say, “There is no such thing as a stupid question.” It is important that clients feel knowledgeable, relaxed and confident with their investment decisions.

Also, if the client has a partner, bring the partner too. Whilst any investment is usually in the name of the person in the higher tax bracket, it is important that both parties understand the process.
