Moranbah Investment Clients
We had a great opportunity to catch up with old and recent investment clients in the Moranbah area at the Rotary Home and Leisure Expo in early October.
We held our famous free raffle at the expo with a choice of a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label, a Philips Air Fryer or a Sunbeam Pizza Bake and Grill.
A lovely young lady, Emma, a Moranbah local, won the raffle and chose the bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label.
As well as our current investment clients we had many new visitors to our booth who showed interest in buying property with a Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF), the service that we offer with Peter Maundrell. There was also interest in the traditional 10% deposit or using equity to buy property.

It is interesting to note the popularity of our estates in Brisbane’s Northern Corridor, tone-ridge-latest-properties-brisbane/”>Stone Ridge and North Harbour.
North Harbour will take another 15-20 years to complete. Stone Ridge, with its elevated views across to the Glass House Mountains, is almost completed and in very high demand.
