Let’s get real, how much equty are we talking about?

Average property perfectly situated for investment is approximately $550k.  Total lending can be up to 90% of the combined value of their residence and the investment property.  Say our client’s residence in Emerald was valued at $300k, & they owed $180, their equity would be $120k.
