Investment Property Client Excited about Laguna Mixed Development

An investment property client is keen to hear more about the $250 million Laguna mixed development at North Lakes, 30km north of Brisbane. He purchased an investment property at North Lakes four years ago.

‘The developers, the people behind James St in the Fortitude Valley, have launched the leasing campaign to look for tenants for the latest project.

The George Group, in a joint venture with developer Pointcorp, is creating the mixed-use precinct featuring more than 10,000sq m of commercial office space, a 140-room hotel, a range of community facilities and a large function and event centre at North Lakes, 30km north of Brisbane.

“Laguna will feature a carefully curated mix of cafes, small bars and restaurants as well as a diverse range of retailers; from well-known brands to boutique small-format operators.” George Group director Patrick George’

Of course, this means that North Lakes ticks all the boxes as an area of continuing capital growth.

As mentioned in my recent blog North Lakes Again – Thinking Outside the Square, I have decided on smaller blocks with a two-story home.

This two-story executive home will cost $615,000 and rent valuation is $580 to $620 per week.

What’s happening at Stone Ridge?

Until next week …
